ACADEMIC WORLDQUEST 2009

Team and Members Registration is now open.

Join Spackenkill HS, Oakwood Friends School and John Jay HS in their quest to represent the Mid-Hudson Valley at the national competition on April 4, 2009. There's room for more teams but there is a limit. Register EARLY!

We're planning for another great event for all our competitors. Who is going to topple our last year's 1st place winner, Roy C. Ketcham HS, 2nd place winner, Oakwood Friends School, and 3rd place winner Spackenkill HS?

The WACA and the Public Affairs Allianceof Persian-Americans (PAAIA) hosted 18 teachers from across the US for a 3-day workshop on Persioan cultura and politics. CNN broadcast the event throughout the day on Monday, July 14th (CNN International) and can be see anytime on it's website... click HERE!
